先の問題ドラマ「カネ恋」に関しての質問です。

想像してみて下さい。ある日、1通の内容証明郵便が届きます。内容は、真理子さんがホームページに記載して下さっている質問状。素晴らしい文章で、詳細に『カネ恋』のガスライティングについて列記して下さっている質問です。かなり騒がれたドラマなので、TBSのスタッフなら、もう当然小耳に挟んでいるでしょう。何も目新しい内容でないはずです。あなたがその質問状を受取るTBSのスタッフだったら、どういう気持ちになるでしょうか？

Imagine! You are a TBS staff. One day, you receive an open letter from Mariko that includes all the questions about the drama listed on her website. As the gaslighting issues in "Kane koi" have been controversial, you may have already heard them. The content may be nothing new. Then, how would you feel?  

「あぁ、またか。面倒くさいのが届いたなぁ。」

"Oh god! Again!? That's enough!"

ではないですか？

そうだとしたら、次にどういうリアクションを取るでしょう？

Wouldn't you feel that way? 

If so, what reaction would you take next? 

まぁ、紙ヒコーキまでは折らないものの、中身は読まずにスルーではないでしょうか？

しかし、真理子さんだけじゃなく、『カネ恋』のガスライティングについての質問状が世界中の春馬君ファンから、毎日毎日届き続けたとしたら…？？？

Well, I don't think TBS staff will not be as bad as folding a paper airplane with Mariko's letter, but ignoring it will be within the scope of the assumption. However, what if you, as a TBS staff, keep receiving tons of letters day after day after day after day....???

「あぁぁぁぁーーーー！！！！！」

Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!

こういう心情になりませんか？

Wouldn't you feel like this?

これが、「このような活動には、とにかく【数】が必要だ」という理由です。「これだけの人達が騒いでる。注目してる。」と、一目瞭然になる【見える数】です。つまり、「質問状に答えなければならない。」と、もう無視できない状況に心理的に追い込むことが大切なんです。

This is the fundamental reason why the number of letters is more crucial than the content. The number visually shows how many people support Mariko and pay attention to the issue. In other words, the key is how we can psychologically corner TBS so that they cannot ignore answering our questions. 

それは、真理子さんがどんなに努力して、素晴らしい文章をまとめて下さっても、残念ながら、真理子さん一人ではできません。ファンのみなさんの協力が不可欠です。 

ファンの中には、自分の文章で手紙をしたためるのが苦手な方もいらっしゃるでしょう。でも、手紙の内容はそんなに重要じゃありません。『カネ恋』について、ご自分が疑問に感じたことを、思いのまま綴ればいいのです。でも、真理子さんの質問状のコピペはダメですよ。真剣さが伝わりませんから。

For that, however hard Mariko tries to write her open letter beautifully, she cannot do it alone, unfortunately. It requires everyone's corporation. Some of you may find it uncomfortable to write a letter with your own words but as mentioned earlier, the content is no so important. You can say whatever you felt about the drama. But remember, never copy Mariko's list. Use your own words to show them your seriousness. 

いつか真実が解明される事を願うばかりです。

こういう言葉をあちらこちらで見かけますが、願ってるだけじゃダメなんですよ。行動を起こさなければ、願いは叶いませんから。

「どうせ応えてくれないだろう」って、諦めるのは、挑戦してからにしましょう！「真理子さんが代弁してくれた」って、何もかも依存するのではなく、私達も出来る事を出来る限りやりましょう！

"I hope that the truth will be revealed someday." I have seen many tweeting like that but someday never comes as long as you are passively waiting. Only with action, we might be able to make it happen. 

From time to time, you might feel like giving everything up. I also feel that way sometimes, but wait! Instead of relying on Mariko for everything, let's do what we can do as much as possible!
